Mr. Rajeev Mehta currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors at Virtusa. He also serves on the boards of Ciklum, QualiTest, Revature and SpringML, besides having previously served on the boards of Hexaware and Andela.

Raj is a Co-Founder & Partner of RECOGNIZE. Prior to RECOGNIZE, Raj held various senior management positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions for over 22 years. Most recently, Raj served as President of Cognizant from October 2016 to April 2019. Cognizant attained a Fortune 195 ranking during his tenure, with over $16 billion in annual revenue, a $40 billion market cap, and more than 280,000 workers worldwide. Raj was responsible for integrating over 50 acquisitions across many markets, technologies, and industries. He also served as Group CEO of IT Services from 2013 to 2016 and COO from 2007 to 2011. Raj began his career at Deloitte & Touche and General Electric Information Systems. 

Raj has earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
