Minimum of 15 years of career experience out of which minimum 3 years should as developer & 5 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
5+ years of overseeing Java banking domain projects, managing client relationships, and driving business development to achieve company goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Program engagement, aligning it with the Customer's overall business objectives.
Utilize a broad understanding of systems design to provide architectural and technical guidance.
Identify and engage with influencers in a boundary less manner.
Can prioritize and work with a wide range of teams and readily shares lessons learned and credit for team accomplishments.
Directs and coordinates the development and implementation of process-based solutions across project lines.
Effectively manage communication with various stakeholders, including team leads, project managers (TPMs), and customer representatives.
Manage India Key Projects: Take ownership of major projects, ensuring they align with margin, have well-defined budgets, timelines, and deliver expected business benefits.
Lead portfolio meetings by providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative decision-making environment.
Identify Innovation/Automation/Process Improvements and drive teams towards implementation.
Oversee the quality of team output, diagnosing and addressing root causes of any quality issues and ensuring application reliability and availability to meet business objectives.
Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring timely project completion and minimizing business disruption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Create plans to address clients business needs and regularly check in on clients to ensure they are satisfied with the team performance.
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied and share the outcome with the portfolio director.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate from India.
Communicate frequently with clients to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
Resolve any customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
