Skill: Engineering Manager/Sr Tech Lead
Key responsibility:
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Microservices, and React to lead a team of skilled engineers. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced leader who can drive technical strategy, manage complex projects, and mentor team members while getting hands-on with software development.
Key Responibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the development of scalable and robust applications.
Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Microservices, and React.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define and achieve project goals and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the team's capabilities and the software solutions delivered.
Qualifications
Bachelors ormasters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Microservices.
At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Proficient in React and frontend development frameworks.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software projects on time and on budget.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
