Senior developers are expected to spend time bringing Juniors up to speed and need to clearly demonstrate that they can mentor and encourage. We pride ourselves on bringing folks onto the team in a seamless manner and as a senior developer this would be part of your responsibilities.
We would expect you to follow the neo-classical scrum agile process with 2 week sprint cycles.

Great communications skills
ability to grow and adapt to both technology and business environment
willing to take feedback from the team
willing to take on non-technical work such as interviewing and writing job specifications
Enthusiasm for everything JavaScript
Knowledge of the NPM ecosystem
4 year track record in React/node JS or both
CSS skills
love of thoroughly tested code with a tool like Jest, mocha, ava, tap, Jasmine
Ability to configure a project with Webpack and babel
working experience with eslint, prettier and quality tools for the JS ecosystem
Hands on use of Rest, GraphQL, ExpressJS
Understanding of recent JS developments, expecially with respect to the React ecosystem
Ability to design and document
