Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager SDLC including packaging and deployment to Author and Publish environments.
- Hands-on deployment experience in Unix environment GIT, Gradle, or POM. AEM DevOps to backup and restore environments.
- Sound understanding of AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher configuration, and setup health check monitoring
- Able to explain Segment storing, indexing, file storage of content, and DAM assets.
- Able to conduct quick POC using AEM template and components.
- Shell scripting experience.
- Manage and maintain on-prem servers and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Conduct regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address application-related issues and ensure seamless operation.
- Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
- Provide technical support to end-users and address service requests promptly.
- Implement backup and recovery procedures for critical applications and data.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Provide timely response to critical incidents.
