Responsibilities:
Ability to understand solution design and implementation of core platform features
API Design and Implementation (Using REST and SOAP)
Provide Operational support with building platform monitoring tools/dashboards, ad hoc reports
Defect Fixes, Ticket management, proactive communication
Owning few of the DevOps tasks
Qualifications:
5+Must have demonstrated proficiency and experience in the following tools and technologies: PEGA/PRPC 7.X or 8.X
Able to debug, trace and analyzing using the clipboard and PRPC tools
Working experience in using the Admin Studio
Understanding of JAVA
Test Driven Development
Deployment and release experience
PRPC working experience on Flow, Activities, Data Flows, Data Pages, DTs, User Interface
Implementation experience using REST APIs and SOAP API
Understanding and working experience in Email Listeners, Email Accounts.
Implementation experience in Reports.
Implementation experience in Decisioning features
Good knowledge on certificates and SSL handshakes
Good knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, mq
Working knowledge on Postman or similar tools
Take pride in writing good clean code, perform peer code reviews and architecture reviews.
A bachelors degree in engineering or related field
Good attitude in dealing both with implementation and as well dealing with the customers
Preferable knowledge on ticket management and release management
