Working with the process team to drive out requirements Working within the Engineering team to articulate technical challenges and opportunities
Presenting recommendations by communicating findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders or technical teams to gain approval and support. 

Documenting findings, analyses, and recommendations clearly and concisely. 

Guiding staff through the implementation process to ensure solutions are integrated effectively. 

Measuring the success of changes and identifying further areas for improvement. 
Qualification

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with at least 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ITIL capabilities on ServiceNow. This role requires a total of 6 years of work experience and will involve a hybrid work mode. The ideal candidate must have experience working in an Agile environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the team. If you have a passion for technology and are looking for a challenging role, we would love to hear from you.
