We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Designer to join our team in the Telecom Field Force Platform domain. As a Solution Designer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end solutions that enhance the performance and efficiency of our telecom field force operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams, to deliver innovative solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Develop comprehensive solution designs for telecom field force platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
Work with stakeholders to identify key business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, integrating various technologies, including mobile apps, IoT, cloud services, and backend systems.
Develop end-to-end architecture for the field force platform, ensuring seamless data flow between field agents, systems, and enterprise applications.
Experience specific to BT Field Force platform
Platform Customization & Integration:
Lead the customization of telecom platforms and integrate them with existing telecom infrastructure, enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.), and third-party applications.
Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are implemented according to the design, within timeline and budget constraints.
Provide solutions to streamline processes such as dispatching, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting for field technicians.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and prioritize solution features and requirements.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the solution design.
Performance & Optimization:
Conduct assessments and reviews of existing field force solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
Ensure that field force solutions provide real-time data, accurate reporting, and smooth operations for field agents.
Documentation & Compliance:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Project Leadership & Support:
Lead solution design sessions and support the project team in the successful implementation of the telecom field force platform.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizations based on real-world feedback.
