Technical Skills
Operating System: Windows, UNIX, LINUX
Environments: DEV, UAT, PROD and DR servers
Version Control and DevOps tool: BITBUCKET (git), Kubernetes, docker, Jenkins, ansible, Bamboo (Need basic knowledge)
DB: RDBMS, Oracle 19C
Programming Languages: Java 8, J2EE, Software AG Web methods (good to have), Shell Scripting, Spring boot, XML SOAP, Web Services
Protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, IPM, MQ, JMS
Very string in SDLC
Well-versed with JIRA, confluence and Service now
Strong troubleshooting/problem solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willing to learn and adopt the new technologies quickly
Functional knowledge on banking domain, Payment applications is added advantage
Should be very strong in Unix shell scripting
Should able to work under pressure situations and willing to stretch during critical production issues
Responsible for making sure systems and applications run smoothly by identifying problems and providing smart workaround solutions
Troubleshot issues and should able to quickly amend big size payment files to correct the errors and get process through system
Manage team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner. Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation. Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner
Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
Provide 24 BY 7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends
Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
