Qliksense Power BI Migration
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration process from Qlik Sense to Power BI, ensuring a seamless transition of data, reports, and dashboards.
Understand the existing Qlik Sense environment, including data models, reports, and dashboards, and translate them to Power BI reports and visuals.
Work closely with business stakeholders and data analysts to ensure the migrated reports meet business requirements and deliver accurate insights.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and testing to ensure data integrity during the migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the migration process.
Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and features.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure that the Power BI reports are fed with accurate and up-to-date data.
Document the migration process and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in migrating from Qlik Sense to Power BI.
Strong understanding of Qlik Sense and Power BI features, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and data visualization.
Hands-on experience with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
Knowledge of SQL and data integration tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
