Job description
1. At least 8 years of AWS Connect Experience. 2. Must have experience in working and implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers. 3. Must have experience in working and implementing AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace. 4. Must have experience in Customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrate with 3rd party applications and design Agent workflows Guides3. Experience in building conversational interfaces for applications using voice and text leveraging Lex service. 5. Should be capable of writing Cloud formation templates 6. Should have experience in working with Azuredevops Git hub. Mandatory Skills: AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace , API Gateway, Amazon LEX ,Python , Lambda Integration, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Dynamo DB, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation Core working hours will be from 1pm IST to 10:30pm IST
