Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality design features / experiences that drive an understanding of how to use digital products / features successfully.
  • Rapidly ideate and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing.
  • Performing Design reviews and providing critical suggestions for fixes and improvements
  • Performs UI/UX reviews to ensure all project deliverables are in pace per Delivery guidelines
  • Supporting issue analysis and fix activities during test phases, as well as production issue resolution.
  • Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle like Agile, Lean etc.

Must Have:

  • Should have good understanding in UX / UI design principles, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Exposure in developing user journeys based on business requirements and user needs.
  • Should have experience in running design sessions to brainstorm / ideate design concepts, Information Architecture.
  • Expert in Sketch for Hi-fidelity wireframe creation and visualization. Should be able to come up with real time design solutions during design session using sketch.
  • Expert in Axure 9 for Hi fidelity Prototypes (with complete end to end interactions) creation.
  • Proficiency with common design tools such as InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite etc,
  • Conduct user testing and capturing their feedback.
  • Need to have good communication and writing skills.
  • Good leadership qualities and people management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
