Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience five to ten years of professional software development experience Solid object-oriented design principles with knowledge of software design patterns as highly desirable Strong test-driven development skills are highly desirable. Ability to analyse user requirements, software, and code. Python and or Java programming languages with ability and willingness to learn and use new languages as needed Strong SQL skills desirable Cloud development experience with strong preference for AWS. Familiarity with the following AWS services stack preferredS3 Lambda Glue Athena, ECS CloudwatchAWS certification a major plus Ability to work with GIT version control in an team setting. Strong development experience with experience in unit testing libraries experience with behaviour driven testing an advantage Ability to mentor and train junior software developers
