• Must have skills • 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Digital Platform space • Experience in working with leadership to understand vision, revenue growth targets and align Salesforce initiatives to drive business outcomes • 5-10+ years technical sales experience in Salesforce • Managed and delivered revenue/ orderbook goals for Salesforce digital platform • Ability to work with existing customers/ new logos in identifying, shaping and closing opportunities successfully • Prior experience of working with various internal teams regarding development of GTM Strategies and campaigns, Prior experience of working with Digital platforms and other solutions partners regarding joint GTM strategies, Cosell campaigns • Prior experience of building pursuit teams such as presales, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams. • Tech Skills: • Minium 5 years working experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Experience, or Data Cloud • knowledge in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Integration (MuleSoft) & Data Migration • Candidate should be able to evaluate emerging innovation in Salesforce products – Intersection of Gen AICo Pilot, Data Cloud, CRM etc. and assess their potential impacts and benefits to present it to Internal and External stakeholders. • Experience with Business Process Analysis: Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining requirements for Salesforce applications. • Prototyping and Validation: Defining prototypes and conducting validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements and expectations. • Prior experience of conducting workshops for requirements analysis, business case development and solution development. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in elaborating technical discussions and providing thought leadership • Salesforce Certifications • Nice to have • Salesforce Field implementation experience will be a plus • Provide mentorship and career guidance for technology groups such as architects and tech-Leads • Prior working experience of supporting branding, sales, and marketing initiatives – Papers, Email campaigns, Analyst calls, Client QBRs etc. • Expertise in GenAI and LLM technologies, tools, and platforms. |
