Responsibilities:

  • Strong project management as well as relevant technical skills for managed projects and programs.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Dive deep into the business domain to understand and to drive the direction of products/services using domain driven architecture approach.
  • Works closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features and programs.
  • Influences across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Drives internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Operate successfully in ambiguous environments.
  • Monitor and track program execution to success by removing blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & Written)

    In Agile projects, this role will also be responsible for holding all agile ceremonies in the scrum team and for ensuring that the team delivers sprint targets per committed sprint velocity and outcomes. Works closely and collaboratively with Product Owner, scrum team, and other stakeholders across areas to facilitate and ensure timely execution of sprint deliverables of the requisite quality and comprehensiveness.

    Agile coach:
    Responsible for creating and improving Agile processes within a team or organization; spread Agile best practices between different teams; integrate Agile teams within non-Agile processes; and measure results of an Agile transition.
    Train/coach the agile team as an agile coach.

    Required Skills:
  • Project Management skills,
  • Scrum Master experience/skills
  • Scaled Agile work experience / certification

    Certification: Certified Scrum Master or PSM or Safe R
