JOB SUMMARY-
This job is responsible for supporting Infrastructure teams throughout the Enterprise Health System Platforms
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Were looking for Candidate having 6to 10 years of Experience in Release Management to perform the following roles responsibilities
Roles Responsibilities
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams to perform their release without any delays or issues
Plan coordinate and execute infrastructure releases across various environments development testing staging production
Manage the communication and collaboration amongst various teams development operations security etc throughout the release lifecycle
Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation planning for each release
Track and monitor release progres identifying and resolving any potential bottlenecks or issues
Verifies and coordinates checkout documents based on implementation team
Participates in weekly CAB meetings
Ensures application team involvement in testing
Establishes and documents escalation procedures for non responses from application teams
Maintain comprehensive release documentation including release notes change logs and post implementation reviews
Develop and maintain a robust rollback plan for each release
Implement and monitor automated deployment tools and processes
Participate in post release reviews to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between software releases and infrastructure requirements
Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure release management
Implement and enforce security protocols and compliance requirements throughout the release process
Proactively identify and address potential infrastructure capacity issues
Provide regular reporting on release status and performance metrics to stakeholders
Mentor team members in best practices for release management
EDUCATION Bachelors degree in science Engineering Information Sciences or related field
Required 6 to 9 years
SKILLS
Strong Knowledge in Release management tools like Agile Methodology Service Now
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
Customer first mindset Seeks to anticipate customers needs and build relationships that enable collaboration among all stakeholders and vendors
Seeks to drive change and is comfortable with ambiguity
Can successfully manage release scope and successfully apply critical release criteria to monthly release items
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Is articulate and can communicate well
Strong desire to develop leadership and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution
Takes the initiative to analyze complex problems and present potential solutions Works proactively to overcome obstacles by identifying risk and planning out mitigation and contingency strategies
Strong desire to develop leadership and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution
Understands how to influence change and negotiate solution
ITIL certification preferred
Mandatory to work in rotational shift hybrid
