he/She should have Insurance domain knowledge, understand existing systems, Optimize, Translate business requirement to technical requirements , Write test cases, Gap analysis, complete ownership of IT project , Managing and communication with all stakeholders, efficient solutioning, some technical knowledge on DB and UI


Experience in consulting methodology, system development life cycle and best practices
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Passonate about customer success and experience
Energized by negotiating win-win communication and skillful with resolving conflict
Ability to write business requirements and translate tecnhical details into business driven documents
A pragmatic approach coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure of constant change and moving objectives as the organisation grows
An unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping each business function to realise the ROI
Data Base knowledge like SQL, DB2, MongoDB would be added advantage.
HTMLs, UI understanding is a must.
