Dot Net Developer Dotnet technical Lead
Job Summary
As a Lead Dotnet Developer, you will be at the forefront of software development initiatives, leading a team of developers and ensuring the implementation of robust and scalable .NET applications. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, architecting solutions, and driving best practices in software development. In addition, you will perform coding, DevSecOps pipeline creation, implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business teams and product owners to ideate Solution Architecture and Design.
Govern implementation to align the proposed solution and design.
Support development teams by providing advice and guiding the engineers in solving technical problems, code review.
Improve software quality using cloud-native and Agile development practices such as automated CI/CD
Assist QA on test automation and identify technical pitfalls and challenges.
Work with other architect to align reusable libraries design.
Coordinate and work with other technical teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security) to set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations and resolve deployment and integration issue.
Participate in Production Support for incidents.
Should have experience in working with microservices.
Understanding of distributed Microservices architecture & principles, patterns, and practices and implement using .NET Core or newer versions.
What we are looking for
Good bachelors degree or masters Degree with minimally 9 years of relevant working experience in application development and design, and business analysis.
Strong understanding of solution architectures and implementation of design patterns
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Should have good experience in at least one database system such as Oracle or SQL
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using the .NET framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Proficient in .Net Core, Microservice, C#, React.js, Node.js, Angular and Oracle.
Experience in software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum context.
Experience in containers, microservices and DevSecOps technologies.
Familiar with cloud-native technology.
Experience in developing applications in Azure cloud environment. Certification on Azure cloud is preferred.
Good understanding of Security /Compliance Management process including change, incident, problem on cloud platform
Good analytical skills, and able to multi-task and deliver results in a timely manner.
Ability to resolve complex problems creatively.
Self-driven, creative, and team-oriented person with good interpersonal and organizational skills
