Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Human Resource Management System HRMS applications.
This role involves working closely with HR and IT departments to ensure the HRMS functions effectively and meets the organizations needs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, Performance Management, and Learning ManagementCustomize Oracle HRMS applications to align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain HRMS configurations, interfaces, and extensions.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Oracle HRMS applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HRMS modules.
Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity.
Develop and generate standard and adhoc reports using Oracle HRMS reporting tools.
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support HR decision making processes.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle HRMS.
Proficiency in Java, Angular/React, SoA, Oracle DB, SQL/PLSQL
In depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, and Performance Management.
