Job description
Oracle DBA experience
Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, system health, and logging compliance on database services or database appliances.
Experience of work closely with software engineers to optimise application performance.
Knowledge of tools like Dynatrace, Splunk and Log Monitors to identify performance bottlenecks across application architecture including database and operating system
Performance tuning and SQL optimization Design database schema, and tune data types and data distribution for performance optimization Configure and implement workload management for resource allocation and query event handling
He should be an expert in SQL tuning and rewriting.
Expertise in checking the execution plan, SQL query logic, and analyzing the AWR reports
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including network connectivity server errors, and performance bottlenecks.
