Role / Tier: -Team Lead KPO– Tier 2

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Provide team leadership and coaching
Act as process expert in terms of Quality Guidelines and Quality Framework
Control and monitor the activities of Quality Framework.
Lead Same MSP and inter MSP calibration sessions.
Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
Motivate and inspire team members.
Lead by setting a good example behavior consistent with words.
Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
Oversee day to day teams Quality metric performance
Discover RCA and TNI
Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues related to Quality Guidelines.
Work in-sync with other site leads/managers to create and maintain uniform processes.
Provides inputs, towards hiring and also assists with the interviewing process.
Contributes towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives.
Skill Set
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate team to achieve set goals.
Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) and facilitation skills.
Good Time Management Skills with the ability to plan and priorities.
Broad knowledge of techniques, concepts, and tools of process improvement/redesign.
Strong quality acumen with a focus on strategic analysis.
