Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Architect with expertise in React Native to lead the architecture and development of innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile platforms, proficiency in hybrid mobile app development, and strong experience in designing scalable, performant, and secure mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Design Mobile Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of mobile applications using React Native to create high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
Technology Leadership: Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks, advocating for best practices and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to ensure cohesive development and deployment of mobile solutions.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality and encourage adherence to architectural principles.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements, including efficient memory management, smooth rendering, and responsiveness.
Integration & Deployment: Design and oversee integration strategies with backend APIs, third party libraries, and services. Ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Security: Ensure that the mobile applications are secure, with best practices for data protection, encryption, and secure coding.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and expertise to the mobile development team.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including technical design documents, integration strategies, and design patterns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in mobile application development.
5+ years of experience with React Native and hybrid mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including development tools, performance profiling, and debugging.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in ES6+ and modern JavaScript libraries.
Experience with Redux/MobX for state management in React Native.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for app integration.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, Fastlane).
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
