Salesforce Practice Delivery Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Leader to lead multiple Salesforce projects in his/her portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce implementations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage large teams across onshore and offshore delivery centers, as well as expertise in managing project P&L. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends to leverage new features and tools that can benefit project delivery. Team Coordination: • Lead and mentor project managers of projects being delivered from practice, fostering collaboration and accountability across onshore and offshore resources. • Collaborate with cross-functional, offerings, Service line, BU teams and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution. Governance: • Institutionalize robust Salesforce delivery best practices, including process-methods and tools to ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with client expectations. • Implement and maintain best practices in project management and Salesforce delivery, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. • Conduct regular governance and review meetings, provide leadership updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Skills and Experience 1. Minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects that includes 5 years Salesforce projects delivery management. Experience working with global clients and managing multi-cultural teams. 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, including Sales and Service Cloud to guide project teams and deliver high-quality solutions. 3. Experience or knowledge in Salesforce implementations within Healthcare, Banking, or Telecom sectors is a plus. 4. Must be certified in Salesforce(Admin/PD1/Omni/Cloud), PMP or equivalent certifications are good to have. 5. Experience of managing Agile project and knowledge of approaches such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, among others. 6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams across multiple locations. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to project management. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. 9. Proficiency in AML tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Salesforce reporting tools. |
