Pega Architect/ LSA
Responsibilities
Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions with clients to help client understand how business requirements will be implemented in Pega (facilitate requirement gathering, develop wireframes/ prototypes and obtain alignment how business requirements translate to implementation requirements.
Coordinate work activities with client team and facilitate offshore development/ test team to obtain assistance/ support to compete work activities.
Works with all groups to help insure best possible design and solution for the Application.
Lead the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases.
Responsible for the technical solution including Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), data model and application framework using Pega Platform.
Responsible for designing Pega side interfaces (Services & Connectors)
Architect the technical solution and lead the technical team in development activities.
Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails as well as the original design principles.
Continuously provide knowledge transfer to the customer.
Mentor and coach client Pega trained configuration and architecture resources.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and corporate standards.
Perform code reviews to insure application quality.
Review alert logs to insure quality standards.
Run pre-flight and PAL on a regular basis to insure performance and quality.
Effectively present status, risks, issues to customer.
Establish and maintain good relationship with client & team.
Conduct RCA, participate in defect triage and drive team to implement continuous improvement to minimize defects/ improve quality.
Develop release notes, support production deployment & provide warranty support.
Consult with Pega/ Client team to resolve Pega platform related issues/ infrastructure/ integration issues.
Experience,
10+ years of Pega Application development.
5+ years of Pega Architecture/ Technical design experience.
5+ years of leading development/ test teams.
5+ years of Pega Case management/ automation
3+ years pf Pega devOps implementation (automated unit tests, DevOps pipeline)
