- Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from premium Institute would be preferred.

- Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals, Proficiency on MS Office tools

- Excellent Communication skills, Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Proactive nature, Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to details, Highly organized and good people skills

Open to travel independently to other cities across India for client connect / employee engagement meetings.

Key responsibilities

- Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)

- Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience

- Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Pune location centric.

- Working with respective Business leaders and SBU HR Heads for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects, employee wellness, facilitate quarterly R&R, Townhalls, etc.

- Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.

- Workforce Analytics

o Predicting trends

o Suggest and implement interventions

- HR metrics tracking, analyzing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.

- Support BU resignation discussions, retention management and also facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.

- Support Performance Management

- Support culture specific interventions

- Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members.

- Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling

- Employee Relations

o Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH

- Collaborate with other functions (TAG, TD, Mobility etc.) for closing out on employee work-life transactions
