In this role, you will:
Work with senior developers, Tech Lead & Project Managers to determine size, scope, impacts, risks for projects to be delivered from Pune.
Analyse and implement solutions.
Independently work on automation tasks and actively work with team members and BA to implement solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Technical
Excellent grasp on Core Java, J2EE technologies, Micro services Architecture, REST APIs.
Excellent knowledge of Java Cucumber and Selenium with Java Binding.
Hands on experience on REST Assured API.
Exposure to UNIX systems commands and shell scripting and python.
Knowledge in DevOps tooling like Jenkins, Sonar etc, creating CICD pipelines.
XML, JSON and other Parsing techniques.
Having worked on development and build tools such as Gradle, GIT, IntelliJ, Eclipses etc.
Good to have exposure in nosql DB (MongoDB) and any RDBMS.
Execution
8+ years of IT experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle in Banking Industry.
Experience in AGILE methodology, status reports, progress tracking, issues/risks lists, and deployment and release management.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
Strong relationship management skills with proven history in dealing with stakeholders and globally distributed project teams
Willingness to engage with business users and key IT stakeholders outside of direct area of responsibility and manage expectations.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Ability to define, collect and analyse metrics for development projects
