Job description


The Actimize Engineer will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of the NICE Actimize platform, focusing on financial crime and compliance solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the Actimize core framework, various Actimize modules, and handson experience with both backend database operations and frontend alert management workflows. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling endtoend alert distribution, RCM and AIS configurations, and will possess a strong command over scripting, Java, and UNIX systems.

Develop and customize solutions using the Actimize platform including RCM and AIS components.

Design and implement workflows for alert management, DART, Views, and administrative modules within RCM.

Perform AIS development tasks such as building Flows, Channels, Entry Points (EPs), Active Tables, and configuration setups.

Handle end to end alert distribution and associated Actimize components like IFM, ActOne, Actimize Watch, and XDT.

Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views for efficient data retrieval and processing.

Optimize database performance through effective tuning and query optimization.

Develop and maintain RCM plugins, Actimize schedulers, and advanced AIS custom modules.

Execute UNIX commands and scripts to support server-side operations and deployments.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Actimize components and infrastructure.

Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the NICE Actimize environment.

Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in solution design, object-oriented programming, and functional development.

Engage with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and deliver highquality compliance solutions.
