The Actimize Tech Lead is responsible for delivering scalable financial crime and compliance solutions using the NICE Actimize platform. This role involves hands-on development, customization, and deployment of RCM, AIS, and related Actimize components, ensuring high performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Design and implement Actimize solutions including RCM, AIS, CDD, KYC, ActOne, STAR, and SAM modules.
Develop, configure, and enhance alert types, workflows, DART views, VFS, and plugins.
Customize and manage AIS components including flows, EPs, channels, and active tables.
Maintain and optimize database procedures, views, and complex queries.
Work on end-to-end alert distribution logic and alert management features.
Utilize UDM knowledge for upstream/downstream data integration.
Perform RCM plugin development, Actimize scheduler configuration, and advanced AIS customization.
Execute UNIX commands and troubleshoot Actimize on Linux/Windows environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
Participate in code reviews, system testing, and performance tuning of Actimize systems.
