These hiring practices foster a more collaborative and diverse organizational culture with improved problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Bhaumik also ensures her leadership principles align with the company’s ESG objectives. She integrates sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance into her approach. These actions contribute to Virtusa achieving its ESG goals and positively impact stakeholders and the community.
