Virtusa Recognized as Global Leader in Gen AI Services by ISG Provider Lens® - Read report
SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. – (May 26, 2021) – Virtusa Corporation , a global provider of digital strategy, digital engineering, and IT services and solutions that help clients change and disrupt markets through innovation engineering, today announced it has received two Pega Partner Innovation Awards. Virtusa was recognized for Delivery Excellence as well as Client Innovation.
The 2021 Pega Partner Innovation Awards recognize partners that demonstrate an extraordinary ability to accelerate client success through digital transformation (DT) using Pega's industry-leading customer engagement and intelligent automation solutions. Pega announced the winners on April 28, 2021.

For this year’s awards, Virtusa was honored in two areas. These include:
Client Innovation
Virtusa was recognized for delivering a robotic process automation solution for a leading American healthcare services company. As a result of this work, the client realized $5 million in yearly cost savings and more than a 30 percent increase in customer satisfaction and quality.
Delivery Excellence
Virtusa was awarded for a highly collaborative sales to delivery transition and engaging Pega Consulting co-production.
The Virtusa and Pega partnership began in 2002 and since then, the two companies have delivered solutions across industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecom, media, and manufacturing. In January of this year, Pega presented Virtusa with a Sales Excellence Award, which recognizes partners with the top 2020 results in sales impact for each region. Virtusa was awarded for its success in the Americas.
