CareDiscovery Electronic Quality Measures (CDeQM) is a new age electronic clinical measure reporting solution that helps Eligible Hospitals to take advantage of both Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) electronic clinical quality measures (eCQM) reporting requirements.
