Despite their vast reach and resources, the client's lack of accurate and reliable project management assistance and deep insights into project performance and efficiency wreaked havoc on project managers. Organizations were wasting significant time and resources on failed projects. Our client wanted to solve the following project management challenges:

The Solution

Virtusa suggested implementing a genAI assistant for project managers, the first for our client. We began with a proof of concept (POC) that utilized 10 publicly available documents. Following the POC, the project moved into a pilot phase, during which it was launched specifically for the Americas.
